If you do not have a shortcut icon go to Start then Programs then Outlook 98.
2. On the Outlook 98 menu bar:
(a) Click on Tools then Accounts then select the Mail Tab.
(b) Select Account [or add mail], then click the Properties button.
(c) Select the General tab.
3. Specify Your Account Details:
(a) Enter an account name for your account, such as company name; enter your name; enter your organisation name; enter your email address, for example: mail@au1.com.au; and enter your reply-to-address, for example: mail@au1.com.au.
4. Specify Your Server Details for Your Account:
(a) Specify the outgoing email server, for example: mail.au1.com.au; and specify the incomming mail server, for example: mail.au1.com.au.
5. Specify Your Log On Details for Your Account:
(a) Select Log on using, then specify your account name, which is your user name and specify your password.
